From joining the community to guiding your first team, SheHub makes it easy to share your expertise, empower emerging talent, and make a real impact—step by step.

  1. Apply

    Tell us about your role, experience, and availability. No formal CV needed—just let us know how you'd like to contribute and when.

  2. Get matched

    We’ll match you with a team or mentoring opportunity that aligns with your skills, interests, and desired level of involvement (Mentor or Team Lead).

  3. Join the mentor space

    You’ll access onboarding materials, async channels, and a peer network of other mentors ready to support you and share best practices.

  4. Being mentoring

    Support your team throughout one full cycle (2–3 months). Whether you’re giving occasional feedback or guiding a team weekly, your presence makes a difference. Requires 4–8 hours/week
